Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
These terms govern the contractual relationship between Airport Paris – VTC & Taxi and its customers for VTC (Chauffeured Vehicle Transport) services.
2. Booking
Bookings can be made via airport-paris.fr, by phone or email. All bookings are considered firm after confirmation by Airport Paris.
3. Rates
Rates are displayed on our website and are fixed for airport transfers. They include pickup, transport and tolls. No surcharges apply unless the customer modifies the ride.
4. Payment
Payment can be made on board or online. Accepted methods: credit card, cash and bank transfer.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the ride is free. Late cancellation or no-show may incur fees.
6. Carrier Obligations
Airport Paris provides a clean, comfortable vehicle, a professional chauffeur, punctuality (real-time flight tracking), and professional liability insurance.
7. Customer Obligations
The customer must be present at the agreed time, provide accurate booking information, and respect the vehicle and chauffeur.
8. Liability
Airport Paris is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (weather, traffic, strikes, etc.).
9. Claims
Claims must be sent to reservation@airport-paris.fr within 7 days of the ride. Last updated: April 2026.
